The Concept

Combining management, Art, and Food Passion the concept Bar Bol was created.

By Involving one of the most famous 3 star Michelin chefs in Paris, Philippe Legendre is the man behind the twist and success of our Menu.

A light and cozy Interior designed by one of the owners Philippe  saade wouldn’t have been perfect without a high end Artistic touch by the most Famous sculpturer and French Artist Richard Orlinski who has for the first time executed an artwork on one of the main walls in the restaurant.

All of this gave birth to Bar Bol, a Gastronomic, Hawaiian, and Healthy Poke Bar.
